Ferway is a small, owner-led company. You speak directly with the person responsible for shaping the solution and leading the implementation.

Wojtek leads Ferway’s growth, solution design, and project delivery. He combines process and business thinking with experience in complex initiatives, leading larger teams, and building digital solutions.

He graduated from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the Military University of Technology. He is fluent in English and French and has many years of international experience, including projects and business relationships across Western Europe, Scandinavia, the United States, and North Africa.

At Ferway, he is the primary point of contact. He coordinates the work—from process analysis and pilot planning to fitting the solution to how the organization actually operates.
